Liability Waiver

By booking and paying for a session, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with pole dancing and using the studio facilities, thereby agreeing to the liability waiver. No signature is required.

Payment Policy

All payments must be made in advance through our online booking system. We do not accept cash payments at the studio.

Pre-Paid Bundles Policy

• Non-Refundable: Once purchased, pre-paid bundles of 10 self-practice sessions are non-refundable.

• Usage Period: All 10 sessions must be used within six months from the date of purchase.

• No Partial Refunds: If you do not use all 10 sessions within the six-month period, no partial refunds or credits will be issued for the unused sessions.

• Transferability: Bundles are non-transferable and can only be used by the person who purchased them.

• Booking: Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

• Cancellation: Standard cancellation policies apply to individual sessions booked as part of a bundle.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel or reschedule your individual bookings latest 24 hours before the appointment start. Later cancelation = 100% cancelation fee.

Personal Responsibility Disclaimer

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings or injuries sustained during your session. All sessions are undertaken at your own risk without supervision.

Trainer Responsibility

If you are a trainer booking the studio to train someone else, you are responsible for both yourself and your trainee. We are not responsible for either of you in any way.

Code of Conduct

We expect all users to behave respectfully towards others and the studio environment. Any harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the premises without a refund.

Privacy Policy

Any personal information collected during the booking process will be kept confidential and used solely to manage your bookings and improve our services.

Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel any bookings, even at the last minute, without providing a reason. In such cases, we will refund the total amount within 24 hours from the start of the scheduled session.

Studio Maintenance

We reserve the right to close the studio for maintenance or improvements. We will provide notice as early as possible, and refunds or rescheduling options will be offered.

Security Cameras (CCTV)

A security camera continuously monitors the pole dance studio's space. We assure you that we only keep records to protect the safety of persons and property and that they are in no way shared with third parties or accessible online.

 

​A camera does not monitor the entrance area behind the curtain reserved for changing clothes, and we guarantee you 100% privacy here.
